Whether you are a curious surfer or a serious homeschooling mom, or a homeschooling mom who carved out a few seconds for yourself somehow, Welcome! I am Robin Khoury, a former homeschooling mom who did it for fourteen years. My boys are grown now, one graduated from college last summer, and one is a junior. I actually lived through the experience of homeschooling k-12. Actually, I should say, “loved” through the experience, because I wouldn’t trade back one of those days now. (Even the ones when I was threatening to send certain people to military school and hiding in the bathroom and praying for strength to continue!) Now my heart is full of these memories, and my boys are doing well.
I would like to put together some things on this blog that would have helped me. The first one is a feeling that you are not alone. Help For Homeschool Moms can be your place you come for friendship and encouragement. (We will have a community section soon!)
